To receive your order at a Packstation, enter this as the delivery address in three simple steps. 1.

1. after your first and last name, enter the number of the desired Packstation in the field "street, house number / Packstation".

2. then enter your personal postal number in the field "address addition / postal number". You can find this on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL app.

Now just enter the postal code and the location of the desired Packstation. That's it.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. So you can track your order at any time by tracking code. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the delivery process. Please contact DHL directly for all questions regarding shipping.

Order

Probably something went wrong with your order. Please contact customer service by email to: shop@korelu.com or use our contact form.

In our cancellation policy you will find all information regarding this.

Then please contact our customer service or send us an email at: shop@korelu.com

To speed up the process, you can also send us photos of the defects.

Returns

You can return your order within fourteen days.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs of your return. If you use our returns portal for the return, shipping costs of 5.90 € will be charged per returned package, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If you want to return an order, you can request this conveniently via our returns portal.

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the products back to us in the original packaging and unopened with all accessories and with all packaging components. Please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.

If you request a parcel stop from DHL, 4 € will be deducted from the refund amount.

1. Open the link to our returns portal.

2. Enter your order number (example: #12345) and the email address that was used for the order. Then click on the "Order" button. 3.

3. select the items and the quantity of items you want to return.

4. you can optionally select what is the reason of your return. This helps us to constantly improve for you. You can inform us about possible feedback via the comment field and add a photo to your request if it makes sense.

5. check your return address.

6. select QR code as label format.

7. click on Create return request.

How do I hand over the package?
1. simply show the barcode/QR code at a DHL drop-off point. 2.

DHL will print the label and attach it to your package. Remember to get a proof of delivery.

We will do our best to process your return within 14 days after you drop off your items. We will keep you informed by email.

To receive a full refund, make sure all items are returned in unused condition or in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all packaging components.

2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

4. After that, you will be redirected back to us at www.korelu.de and you can complete the purchase.
